The platform for simulation of the assembly and disassembly processes called ViPAD – Virtual Platform for Assembly Disassembly simulation, represents an intelligent tool which will support the engineers in the design process. The proposed application offers a set of functions which currently does not exist in the assembly modules of the standard computer-aided design software. The platform includes the following modules: import, interfaces, types, mobility, sequences, simulation, cost, recycling, export.
